We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders ship from South Florida via FedEx or UPS. Every set leaves in the signature Sy box, each glass resting in its own fitted cradle; each decanter travels in its midnight-blue case.

Estimated delivery (business days): Florida 2–3; Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina 3–4; the rest of the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic 4–5; the Northeast, the Midwest and Texas 5–6; the Mountain states and the West Coast 6–7. For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery time and cost are shown at checkout. These are estimates; carrier delays can occur, especially during the holidays.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and free on orders of $438 or more.

Pre-orders (prySm) ship on November 15. If your order includes prySm and other pieces and you would like the available pieces sent first, write to us.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If a glass arrives broken, email sydoniosus@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement.
